Our function rooms open only for pre-booked events. We do not operate a restaurant with regular opening hours.

Your host

Hans-Rudolf Hüttel has worked in hospitality for many decades. For around 18 years, he was responsible for food and beverage services at the Max-Reger-Halle in Weiden. He then ran the restaurant at Gaisweiher in Flossenbürg. Today he is once again fully focused on Waldlust, his longstanding home base in Bischofsgrün. Here he looks after his overnight guests and provides a welcoming setting for family celebrations, weddings and other events.
